Wednesday 13 has signed a new worldwide record deal with Rykodisc/Restless Records. Rykodisc has set a tentative summer release date for the new album Fang Bang.

Rykodisc / Restless Records have also announced the May 9th release of Little Box of Horrors, a limited edition box set of Wednesday 13’s pre-Murderdolls band, Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13 – The European version will be released by People Like You Records on May 29th.

Wednesday has also announced that he has parted ways with his 2004/2005 touring line up. A SPECIAL lineup was announced for the two APRIL shows and is as follows:

Wednesday 13 – vocals/rhythm guitar
Eric Griffin – lead guitar (Murderdolls)
Racci Shay – drums (x-Genitoturers / Rejects (pre-Murderdolls)
Brix – bass (x-Skrape / Dope)

from – MURDERDOLLS frontman Wednesday 13 has parted ways with Roadrunner Records and is currently in negotiations with a new label to release the follow-up to last year’s “Transylvania 90210: Songs of Death, Dying, and the Dead”. The band are currently in pre-production mode and plan to begin recording the new album in late February/early March with hopes for a spring release.
In other news, Wednesday has announced that he will not able to participate in the previously announced U.S. tour with Finland’s THE 69 EYES. Wednesday 13 commented: “When we were first approached about doing a tour with our friends in THE 69 EYES, we jumped at the chance. However, as the dates were confirmed we realized that they would interfere with our recording schedule as this is our main priority at the moment. This will be a great tour and we are sorry to miss out on it!”

The first news of 2006…. Check out HORROR HIGH RECORD’S new compilation CD coming soon. There will be a narration by Wednesday 13 and a song from “The Frankenstein Drag Queens” along with many other great bands like: Michale Graves, The Death Riders, Trashlight Vision, Nim Vind, Calabrese, The Spook, and Blitzkid.
